Absalom City

A hard metropolis of neon and fog, and far more infamous for its reputation of danger and...loose laws and regulations, Absalom was said to be founded by warlocks. There is a dark almost miasmic atmosphere to the city, mostly due to the eerie fog that rolls in from its harbor at night, casting the city into a dreamlike haze. Ruled by its mayor, who has never shown their face yet their presence is felt in every aspect of the city, including its unusually militaristic police force. Here is where corporate entities come to do their dealings, as the regulations are far more lax than in New Songhai.
