Goa Beach

Goa Beach

Goa Beach is one of the most remote metropolises in the world.  Once an enclave, the city itself is on the island of Mutani - and known for the gorgeous beaches surrounded by the lush, rolling hillsides that inhabit not only the shore but the scattering of islands all around it.  The eastern culture there resides in a large pooling of residential areas sprinkled on the outset crest of the island while at the center is the mecca they all move to for work, commerce, and events.  The community is tight, most denizens of the island for generations after generations.  All the residents also have an ownership of the city itself, and while not a utopia by any stretch of the imagination it’s notorious for how agreeable everyone is with one another and how well organized their civil services and social safety nets are.  Unfortunately, it does breed a higher class criminal too.  The university is world class for engineering and robotics, and it’s the pride and joy of both the nation, and city.  The people there are industries but have kept a great relationship with their corner of the world and one of the few spots in all of Novus One that offer a little of everything for everyone.
